Team Profile

Originally, from Costa Rica, Mario moved to New Jersey to continue his teaching assignments after spending 7 years teaching in Asia. Mario is still proudly engaged in Education in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Passionate about real estate investment, Mario is an active investor in real estate multifamily and shares this knowledge to assist and educate aspiring investors with their goals. This knowledge, coupled with his undergraduate degree in Education and pedagogy, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses in real estate negotiations, serving home buyers and sellers. Mario currently resides in Dunellen, New Jersey. He enjoys exploring new bike trails, playing soccer, traveling, and eating food from around the world.
